At Mercer Island Taxi, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to make cancellations and booking changes as simple as possible while ensuring reliable service for every customer.

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made before your scheduled pickup time, subject to the terms provided during booking.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the service booked and the driver’s status.

No-Show Policy

If the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location within the applicable waiting period and cannot be reached, the reservation may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Changes

If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on driver availability.

Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight information whenever possible. If your flight is delayed, we’ll make every effort to adjust your pickup time accordingly.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
